Beautiful Casa Rosa is up for sale. Its beautiful setting with lemon trees and olives has captivate artists and visitors alike. We will continue running art courses until sold, with potential sessions in February/March 2026.

Artdrawpaint has introduced a new venue, The Glass House in Houghton, for January and February, joining existing locations like Mottisfont Village Hall and Casa Rosa in Spain. The Glass House features a cafe and beautiful views of Houghton Lodge Gardens, hosting workshops including drawing and collage. Mottisfont Village Hall offers oil painting courses, while Casa Rosa provides an artistic retreat in Andalucia. Upcoming retreats focus on various artistic techniques with experienced tutors. Kate Measham’s upcoming exhibition at the Made in the Pewsey Vale Gallery starts in December, featuring lino prints, Christmas cards, and paintings, with an online catalogue available for those unable to attend. Future workshops in 2025 will explore landscape and portrait painting in Andalucia. Additionally, various painting courses will begin in January, focusing on new or fresh starts and challenging work.
The Where Five Rivers Meet workshop, led by artist Sam Clayden, will take place in Salisbury on August 14-16, 2024. Participants will explore the city and its surrounding water meadows, creating sketches, tonal and color studies, and working towards a final piece. Emphasizing drawing and oil painting, the workshop aims to mirror John Constable’s approach. Sam Clayden’s teaching style revolves around capturing light, atmosphere, and nature.
