I am in my studio in Winterslow, Wiltshire, wrapped up warm, looking at the wind and rain blowing up a storm outside my window. I love the seasons, the different pace of life, different food, clothes etc. But, grey skies and damp feet can get you down…However, the weather in Andalucia looks perfect for a bit of plain air landscape painting.
Autumn should still be lovely at Casa Rosa in mid October (14-21 October, 2023) when we are there with James Bland for his Landscape in Andalucia painting retreat. We are delighted to have James with us as tutor and guide for students, taking us through his approach to drawing and painting the light, space and colour of this special place. Come and join us.
