Join Rosie and Kate from 21st – 26th October 2023 for “Artists Take Over Casa Rosa”
We are offering this free-style, late October, last grab of summer sun in Andalucia, Spain at a very reduced rate. There has been a bad leak in the main pool at Casa Rosa. We have a second pool slightly away from the main house and this will be available…all is not lost. There won’t be water in the main pool and, hopefully, builders working on area. We don’t anticipate noisy diggers but the possible disruption to the normal calm means we can’t offer a tutored week.

Many of you have said that you would love to just be at Casa Rosa, with time to paint the views, the orchards, the wild flowers – all the normal stuff. This is the chance to immerse yourself in painting, chat over delicious meals with fellow painters and enjoy late October in Andalucia all at a very reduced price.

Dates and Prices – Artists take over Casa Rosa
- Saturday 21st – Thursday 26th October, 2023
- £1050/person, single occupancy, use of studio, no tutor, full board, with room and ensuite.
- If you wish to share a room with a friend there is £150 discount per person.
Flights are not included. There will be a taxi service to and from Malaga Airport included in the cost of the holiday if you take the flights we suggest.

This break is freestyle and untutored. If you want space and time to do your own thing, Casa Rosa is where you should be.
On offer is the full range of delightful facilities, delicious, freshly cooked meals, regular drinks and snacks, and all the beauties of Casa Rosa and its surrounding environment. There is a large studio space with easels, drawing boards etc. and endless space outside.
If you want time away from your easel there is a tennis court, swimming pool (including a short walk), table tennis and many beautiful walks. Alternatively, put your feet up with a good book and enjoy the gardens, the orchards and the mountains beyond.
Food is an important part of the pleasure of staying at Casa Rosa. Our approach is to serve warm salads and raw food and to combine that with other very comforting solutions to restore the heart and soul after a day of hard labour at the easel.

Rosie has spent many years travelling the world and discovering different gastronomic delights. She will attempt to accommodate any nutritional requirements, but please give good warning before you arrive.
Meals will be a communal affair with helpers, artists and guests eating together. The produce is sourced locally where possible including the olive oil which comes from the estate.
If you’re interested in bringing your own group of students to Casa Rosa this is a perfect way to have a trial run.
