Excellent work by everyone involved. Below are a few of the drawings made through the day. It is always a thrill for me to watch the struggle and to see the different fascinating pieces evolve and emerge. Well done.

In a Music and Movement class students have to find a way to translate a moving figure onto a page. This is neither a video, nor a snapshot, but somehow captures a passage of time. Clearly there has been time taken by the artist in creating the piece.
Music is part of the process. Sometimes this feels intrusive, at others the changing rhythm and mood of the music can alter the work. The periods of silence have a weight of their own.
Our lovely model danced her way through the day, relieved to be moving rather than holding a pose for many hours.
Have a look at Nick Bashall’s Self Portrait class later in the year. Catch yourself in the moment.
