Art, Creativity and Mindfulness

This course offers a mindful art experience to help with anxiety and boost creativity. Led by Dr. Gail Loudon and Kate Measham, it focuses on mindful awareness and the connection between body, breath, and thoughts. Participants learn to break free from automatic reactions, judgment, and creative blocks. Dr. Loudon’s extensive medical and mindfulness training enriches the sessions. The course aims to empower individuals to make positive choices and live more fully in the present.

New courses are available on Sculpture, Portrait Painting, and Oil Painting workshops led by experienced tutors. The courses cater to various skill levels. A new course offers a valuable opportunity to explore mindfulness through art. Sessions include tea, coffee, and in some cases, a light lunch. Creative Mindfulness, an Introduction

This introductory workshop is for anyone interested in learning more about mindfulness and those who are finding that stress, anxiety, or the inner critic is affecting their ability to be creative. You don’t to need know anything about drawing/painting, we are focusing on the process and not an end product.
