If you are new to oil painting, these are the classes for you.
Maybe it has been a while since you picked up a brush, or you need a reminder to boost your confidence. Whether you are a beginner, or a bit rusty, come and join in.
Join Kate Measham, experienced artist and teacher at Art Draw Paint, to learn the basics on this Beginners Oil Painting course.

Part II
You have been introduced to oil painting with a beginners course…so, what to do next?
Part II will cover mixing the paint, and an introduction to colour. You will do a lot of mixing. The more you practise mixing and work out how to create the colours you want to use, the more confident you will become. You will start with painting your own colour wheels using different palettes.
The second day will be a painting using a restricted palette. Once you have had a go at this, it is up to you to keep going. You will have the basic skills necessary to tackle all sorts of painting challenges. I will suggest things for you to do on your own at home, and courses for you to investigate.
You will need your own equipment for these two days. I will help you with this.
