We have lots of interesting classes, for all abilities, during the Spring Term. Some classes are a couple of days, others are longer. Click on the title any class you want to explore.

Classes that are part of AN INQUISITIVE PERSON’S INTRODUCTION TO ART are also open to all other students.

Some of the courses are linked together by the theme, “A Sense of Place”.

Drawing into Print

Join Katherine for a two day Lino cutting course from beginners onwards. 

Learn to create a lino cut print from drawing through to print. The theme is a Sense of Place – you will be asked to bring a few objects that remind you of a place, or time.

A Life Painting course with the very talented Anastasia Pollard. She is both an excellent figure painter and a generous, able teacher. This will be a two day exploration of quick painted studies and a full day with one pose. You will learn from demonstrations and from one to one guidance.

Held at Hampshire Art studio twice a term over the year, the Mentoring Lunch Group will be a gathering of students, ex students, tutors and mentors over lunch and an afternoon.
