HAMPSHIRE ART Studio are keen to progress the art journey with those wanting to reconnect or start afresh with their creativity

Taking time out from our routine and focusing on our being & surroundings reduces stress and allows us to gain perspective and creative expression 

With this in mind we have classes that concentrate on the now – we start with Yoga and then move onto the class in a relaxed and mindful state.

It is an extremely popular way to unwind and then build confidence.

The concentration of Yoga and Art makes us present, awake, and alive. While yoga develops body, mind, and soul, art gives us permission to bring our feelings to the surface. The combination frees us to be mindfully creative.
