What Will We be doing in ‘Through a Glass”?

When painting glass you are painting a translucent surface, a surface you can see through. The glass may be coloured, or clear, but the key to painting glass is to paint what you see through it.

As with ‘On Reflection’ you will be looking at shape, value, colour, edges…and reflections.

Though you will be considering colour the work during the workshop will be principally drawing with charcoal, or pencil.

Materials
